Abrasive Blasting

Due to the impact and cutting effect of the abrasive on the workpiece surface, the surface of the workpiece obtains a certain degree of cleanliness and different roughness, so that the mechanical properties of the workpiece surface can be improved.

The tiny collective particles and fumes produced in the sandblasting filtration suspended in the air enter the respiratory tract, causing the nose’s dust filtration function to significantly decrease. Long-term exposure to production dust can also cause other diseases. For example: bronchial asthma, asthmatic bronchitis, eczema, migraine and other allergic diseases. Long-term exposure to metal dust can cause corneal damage and can also cause pneumoconiosis. Severe pneumoconiosis can make people lose their ability to work.
