Grinding & Polishing

When we process metal, stone, wood and other materials, we often need to grind and polish the surface of the workpiece. These grinding and polishing processes generate large amounts of metal and non-metallic dust. Metal dust raised in the machine not only affects product quality, but also harms the respiratory system of employees. There is a safety hazard of dust explosion, seriously affecting the environment and the health of workers. In addition, the suspended dust generated by grinding and polishing will increase abnormal wear and tear of production equipment, shorten the life of equipment, and increase maintenance costs, thus causing an impact and loss that cannot be underestimated on the output and economic benefits of the company.

When using polishing machines, grinders, cutting machines, belt sanders and other machinery for processing, a dust collector needs to be used to filter the dust. Our cartridge dust collectors are suitable for these applications. The filter materials used in these dust collectors have very high filtration efficiency, with a filtration efficiency of more than 99.9% for dust of 0.2 to 2 microns.
