Powder Coating

Powder coating is a coating method in which powder particles are charged or polarized and adsorbed to the surface of the workpiece under the action of corona discharge of a certain electric field intensity and aerodynamic force. It has low energy consumption, high raw material recycling rate, contains no volatile organic compounds, can realize semi-automatic or automated operations, and is widely used in home appliances, automobiles and other fields. Powder coatings will explode when combustible dust, combustion aids, ignition sources, a relatively closed space, and dust are present.

Our high-efficiency reverse pulse dust collectors are suitable for filtration in the powder coating industry. These dust collectors usually use filter cartridges as filter elements. The filter cartridges have very high filtration efficiency, long service life, compact equipment structure, and reliable and stable operation.
